Pre-Order Status

Axis·70 is currently sold as a pre-order product.

All pre-orders are scheduled to ship in March 2026.
This date reflects current production timelines and may shift slightly if manufacturing or logistics conditions change.

If the ship window changes, customers will be notified by email with updated timing.


Order Processing

Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase to secure a unit from the production run.

Orders are prepared for shipment once manufacturing and quality checks are complete. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when your order leaves our facility.


Shipping Timeframes

Once shipped, delivery times are as follows:

  • North America: 2 to 7 business days

  • Business days do not include weekends or statutory holidays

Shipping times begin once the order has shipped, not from the order date.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to North America.
If additional regions open up, availability will be updated on the site.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Address changes must be requested before the order ships. Once an order is in transit, we may not be able to modify delivery details.


Delays

While we aim to ship within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier disruptions, customs processing, or weather events.

If a delay occurs, we will communicate clearly and promptly.
